BERMONDSEY CUCUMBER TONIC

Cucumber is a notoriously tough flavour to get right.  We pasteurise our Cucumber tincture at a much lower temperature so that it doesn’t lose its flavour. Refreshing but complex, Bermondsey Cucumber Tonic is great with citrus forward gins or you can even mix with elderflower and mint for a tasty little cooler.
