The Story

The Blues Kitchen Brixton is a dedicated blues bar built around hickory-smoked comfort food and regular live music and DJ sets – less a straightforward restaurant than a full night out combining dinner, drinks and a show.

What To Order

Cosy drinking booths are a signature of the room, and larger parties benefit from guestlist entry and a dedicated server to keep drinks flowing into the early hours. The hickory-smoked food menu is built to match the bar’s American blues-club atmosphere.

Good To Know

It’s best suited to an evening out rather than a quick meal – reviewers consistently highlight the atmosphere and live music as much as the food, making it a genuine destination rather than just a place to eat.
